Children's Hospital is a client we have assisted with numerous projects. These include:

Ambulatory Enterprise definition � Boston Children's wished to develop a world-class, unified ambulatory care organization that met key goals of physician leadership, shared decision making, and alignment of incentives, among others. Development of key goals, governance, management principles, funds flow, and legal organizational structure were included in this assessment.

Medicaid Strategic Planning � Boston Children's wished to determine strategies to compete in an increasingly competitive market. In a project managed by Tracy Kulik, Boston Children's evaluated a spectrum of opportunities including ventures with integrated delivery systems, provider network development, medical management opportunities, branded satellite facilities, and HMO development. A key aspect of the engagement was assessment of other children's providers and their Medicaid strategies.

Department of Ophthalmology assessment � financial, market, operational determination of this specific department�s standing were determined with benchmark to national and market leaders. A similar study is now underway for the Department of Surgery.
